Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 1 banana

- 1/2 cup nondairy milk

- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

-1/3 pumpkin puree

- 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon

-1/3 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
